To maintain our high quality standards for freshness, we bake your bread to order.  Once you place an order, please allow us 48 hours to bake and ship your bread.   Need your bread for a party Friday night?  Just place your order online Tuesday for overnight shipping on Thursday.

Since our natural breads contain no additives or preservatives, we send along instructions for keeping your bread fresh or freezing it to enjoy at a later date.
